The driving force behind my career is capacity building for mission-driven organizations. As a professional with experience in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors domestically and abroad, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my consulting and coaching relationships. My diverse professional background gives me a variety of frameworks, tools, and resources I can provide to clients. Clients value the structure I bring to engagements, my deep listening skills, and my commitment to their personal and professional success. 

Academic and leadership training: MBA from Cornell University, completed a two-year leadership curriculum as a Park Fellow, also recognized for leadership and academic performance as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar and Johnson Leadership Fellow.

Management consulting: 10+ years of experience advising corporate and nonprofit clients as part of a Fortune 500 consultancy and as an independent contractor.

Coaching experience: Certified Professional Coach with 400 hours of professional coaching training, serving social entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals over a period of 15 years.

Cross-cultural perspective: Intercultural communications instructor at American University drawing on experience living and working in Europe, North America, and South America, in addition to serving remote clients in Asia and Africa. Ongoing professional development in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Leadership experience: Launched and led a regional initiative bringing together business, government, and philanthropic leaders; managed $11M+ pro bono portfolio, consisting of 60+ projects with leading nonprofit organizations; former Director of two organizations serving small businesses and nonprofit organizations; nonprofit board member.
