  • Project Management

    Managed 8 teams of international consultants who conducted on-the-ground market studies spanning 14 countries in South America, Africa, and Asia in order to identify potential lending candidates and increase the organization’s investments in women-led businesses. Synthesized the research and created reports to inform the microfinance organization’s regional expansion strategy.

  • Participatory Design

    Led a research and participatory design process for two well-known social sector organizations in order to develop the prototypes and implementation plans for four new program offerings that would support social sector leaders at various stages in their careers.

  • Leadership Transition

    Led the staff engagement process during a critical leadership transition of an education-focused nonprofit organization, surveying and interviewing staff members, and reporting findings on staff sentiment and desires to the Board in order to inform the search and selection process for the new executive director and also shape the revision of several organization policies and processes.

  • Growth Strategy

    Led a market assessment for a youth development organization analyzing demographic data for 104 zip codes in the region. Created an outreach strategy and identified optimal recruitment channels to support program growth goals.
